PROJECT EXAMPLES
▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬

Upon request, PHW-CC will prepare and issue confidential copies of representative, pertinent sample work product from past consultancies, which may be useful understanding the range of approaches available in dealing with a given project.  We share such work samples with the understanding that no two consultancies, projects or sets of conditions are the same.  Frequently, it is the discovery or searching-out of exceptional aspects of a given project and their impacts -- and the full and clear communication among team members of such aspects -- that can spell the difference between readiness, accuracy and other survival-related positives on the one hand, and   a wide range of problems, including unacknowledged exposures, that can lead to eventual losses or various negatives on the other.

While most samples consist of construction project or case cost-related work product, including:

  New construction
  Rehab or adaptive re-use
  Incremental design-sequence
Pre-bid cross-check, remedial program (construction defects)
  Dispute (mediation, arbitration or trial)
Replacement cost, feasibility study & conceptual study

PHW-CC work product also on occasion encompasses all-text reports or other non-estimate formats, including planning tools for use among a project or case team as to strategy or distribution of responsibilities, or with a homeowners' association to clarify a remedial project, its necessary roles and its impacts.
